Full Day Rental

The best all around value- Let the Kalamazoo Loft host everything for you, from pre-ceremony pictures all the way through the reception. This package includes:

• Full use of the loft from 8am-10pm

• Wedding arch

• Sound system (speakers, 2 microphones, inputs for audio playback, upright piano)

• Use of our bridal suite for pictures and getting ready

• Use of our groomsmen suite for pictures and getting ready

  The Kalamazoo Loft Staff facilitated room setup for ceremony and reception:

• Round tables and chairs for up to 100 guests

• Ceremony chairs for up to 100 guests

• Cocktail lounge setup

Ceremony only

4 hour rental

Includes the set up of:

• 100 white wedding chairs

• Wedding arch

• Sound system (speakers, 2 microphones, inputs for audio playback, upright piano)

• Use of our bridal suite for pictures and getting ready

• Use of our groomsmen suite for pictures and getting ready

Reception only

6 hour rental

Includes the set up of:

• Round tables and chairs for up to 100 guests

• Bridal party head table

• Sound system (speakers, 2 microphones, inputs for audio playback, upright piano)

• Cocktail lounge
